COVID-19 Information
Masks: We are following CDC guidance for healthcare facilities. As such, masks are required for all patients and staff in the Ryse Health office, regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to update this information in response to updated guidance.
Additional precautions: All of our staff are vaccinated against COVID-19. We use air purifiers in our office, and we sanitize patient spaces after every patient encounter. Many appointment types are available via telehealth.
Screening: Patients will be asked to complete a screening form on arrival. Please call to reschedule your in-person visit if:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days;
- You are currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test;
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or told you are suspected to have COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provider in the past 10 days;
- You’ve experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
